I fully understand that any online, video, or in person consultation are intended solely for wellness purposes and are designed to support and empower individuals in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I further acknowledge that this consultation is not for diagnosis for any disease or disorder and no medical substance or treatment will be prescribed. 

I do hereby release, indemnify, save and hold harmless Sri Sri Tattva, and its affiliated organizations VVM, Shankara Inc., Physicians and Ayurvedic Practitioners (Vaidyas) or consultants, and their directors, officers, employees, staff, agents, volunteers, consultants and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to receive full refund. Refunds are not automatic. Please email: consultations.usa@srisritattva.com to request for a refund after canceling your scheduled appointment.  No refunds will be issued for No-Shows and/or for appointments cancelled within 24-hours.
