Wholesale is the one exception: customers of Distributors & Dealers, and of Practitioners who choose wholesale pricing, buy at the prices their seller sets, so the buyer discount does not apply.

Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to everyone who joins the Sri Sri Tattva USA Ambassador Program ("Program"). By applying, you agree to them. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Eligibility and approval
- You must be 18 or older. Applicants may live in any country except those subject to US sanctions.
- Every application is reviewed individually. We may decline or remove any ambassador at our discretion.
- You must give accurate information. Accounts with names or emails that do not match the applicant may be declined.
2. Commission
- Commission rates for each program are shown on this page and in your dashboard. We may change rates with 30 days' notice by email.
- Commission is calculated on product sales after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and gift cards.
- You earn the first-order rate on a new customer's first order through your link or code, and the repeat rate on that customer's next 4 orders, whether or not they use your link again. No commission is paid after the fifth order.
- When more than one ambassador or referral source applies, the last valid ambassador click within the 30-day cookie window receives credit. Orders credited to our Refer a Friend program do not also earn ambassador commission.
3. Approval, holds and payouts
- Commissions are held for 30 days after each order. Commission on refunded, cancelled or returned orders is reversed, including after payout.
- Approved commissions are paid monthly in US dollars via PayPal (or another method we offer) once your balance reaches $25.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. US ambassadors provide Form W-9; non-US ambassadors provide Form W-8BEN before payout.
- If you choose the seva option, commission is paid to the center you name, and the center must confirm its payment details.
4. Not allowed (commission will not be paid)
- Purchases by you or your household, or by our employees.
- Paid search ads on "Sri Sri Tattva", our product names or misspellings; ads that link directly to our store.
- Posting your code or link on coupon, deal or cashback sites, unless you are in our Deal & Review Sites program.
- Misleading content, spam, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, or any attempt to take credit for sales you did not refer.
- Orders flagged by our fraud checks. We may withhold commission and close accounts for any breach of these terms.
5. Content, disclosure and product claims
- Clearly disclose your relationship with Sri Sri Tattva in every post, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission and similar rules in your country.
- Use only approved product claims. Never state that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
- You may use our name, logo and assets only to promote the Program and only as provided. Use of the Art of Living name or logo requires separate approval.
6. General
- Distributor & Dealer pricing and terms are set in a separate written partner agreement.
- You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent or partner of Sri Sri Tattva USA.
- Either party may end participation at any time. Valid commissions earned before termination for reasons other than a breach will be paid.
- We may update these terms; continued participation after an update means you accept it.
